Creative Technology is the bridge between the Arts, AI, and Education areas. It collects experiments where software changes the form of an artwork or becomes part of the creative act itself: drawings become 3D assets, browsers become instruments, generated images become starting points, and digital models move into virtual or physical environments.
Workflows
Creative ideas can move between media.
Map computer-key events to playable piano and drum interactions so the browser becomes part of the instrument.
Generated lyrics, images, or music are treated as material that can be reviewed and changed rather than as unquestionable final output.
Visual ideas can become textures, sprites, interfaces, game assets, or references for environments in Roblox, Unreal, Minecraft, or browser projects.
3D design and printing introduce real constraints—scale, geometry, fabrication, iteration—that a purely digital artifact never has to face.
A game can gain its own song, artwork, story, album page, or visual identity, allowing one technical project to become a broader creative object.
Drawing to 3D
Explores a workflow in which a 2D drawing becomes the input for a 3D-generation service, after which the result can be inspected, corrected, and moved toward Unreal, Roblox, or 3D-printing workflows.
Interactive Music Studio
Uses the browser itself as a creative environment: keyboard/mouse input, low-latency audio, event recording, a shared transport, multitrack playback, and an AI lyrics service behind the application.
Pixel Art, Sprites & Game Visuals
Visual work has included pixel-art activities, sprite work including Pac-Man-related exercises, textures and UI elements for games, and repeated student demands for worlds and characters that look less fake and more intentional.
3D Design & Printing
Class and camp work has crossed from digital modeling into fabrication, making students deal with the difference between something that looks correct on a screen and something that must actually exist as an object.
